Wheelhouse is a personal tool used only by its owner. It is not offered to the public and no one else can sign in to it.
What it reads. With the owner's permission, Wheelhouse reads his own Google (Gmail) and Microsoft (Outlook.com) mail, read-only. It asks only for permission to read mail and to know the account's address.
What it does with it. Mail is kept on the owner's own home server and sorted by language models running on his own computers. It is not sent to, sold to or shared with anyone else, and it is not used for advertising or to train any model.
What it never does. It cannot send, delete, move, label or change any mail.
How long it is kept. Message text is kept for 14 days and a short record of each message for 180 days, then deleted.
Removing access. Access can be removed at any time in the Google account's security settings (third-party access) or at account.live.com/consent/Manage for a Microsoft account. Removing an account in Wheelhouse also deletes its stored sign-in and messages.
